Contact messages, email addresses and administration notes remain private. Approved resource details, event information, well wishes, photos and display names are public.

Photos & submissions

Submit only material you own or have permission to share. Obtain permission from identifiable people, including a parent or guardian for children. Photo location metadata is removed from processed uploads. We review submissions before publication. Please avoid sharing health records, insurance documents, private addresses or other sensitive information.

Corrections & removal

To request a correction or removal of information you submitted, use the contact form. Include the page link and enough detail to identify the entry.

Cookies & outside websites

Essential session cookies keep forms secure and allow administrators to sign in. This site does not use advertising cookies. Links to fundraising, social media and other sites take you to services with their own privacy policies. Selecting Play video loads a YouTube player; YouTube then receives information needed to deliver that video.

Photo credits

Summerland waterfront, beach, evening landscapes, vineyards, grape and peach photographs are used with permission. The decorative orchard-and-lake artwork is an AI-generated illustration, not a documentary photograph of the fire or recovery.
